Baked Oatmeal

Baked Oatmeal???? That's what I asked when Ms. Michelle first told me about this new and creative dish. To be completely honest, it was the BEST thing I put into my mouth. A crisp and tender outside and a fluffy and warm inside combined together to make one thing: a fantastic food item. It was so easy to make and took under 40 minutes. The Baked Oatmeal stays fresh for a few days, so we could have it for breakfast for a while. Thank you Ms. Michelle for introducing this new dish to me and opening the doors to a whole new world of cooking, but of course, with a TWIST.
