The Ingredients

First of all, gather all the necessary ingredients for this recipe. Place close attention to the quantities and look for any Twist!

2 boneless chicken breasts
1 tsp each sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
2 Tbsp olive oil
8 slices prosciutto
8 basil leaves (T)

The Steps

Next, follow the steps to finalize your dish and finally be able to enjoy it!

Season chicken using the spices listed and marinate for 2 hrs or overnight.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Overlap 4 slices of prosciutto on a flat surface, then add 4 basil leaves per chicken breast.
Add chicken face down in the center of prosciutto slices and roll until completely wrapped.
Heat frying pan using medium-high heat, add oil and brown chicken on each side for 2 minutes.
Insert frying pan with chicken directly in the oven and cook for approximately 20-25 mins or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
Let chicken rest for 5 minutes then serve.
