The Ingredients

1 lb ground pork
1/2 small onion, chopped fine
2 - 3 large garlic cloves, minced
Salt to taste
black pepper, lemon pepper, smoked paprika and herbs de provence
2 tsp Grey Poupon dijon mustard
2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped fine (T)

The Steps

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Divide pork mixture and roll into four 4 oz sliders.
Grill or Airfry sliders until fully cooked (about 10 to 15 mins). Serve with slider buns.
