What drink is a summer quencher? It is lemonade and there are so many varieties.  First, most lemonade varieties can be separated into two distinct types: cloudy and clear.

Cloudy lemonade is typically homemade lemonade using lemons, water, and a sweetener such as sugar or honey and is generally found in North America and South Asia. Pink lemonade is a different variation of cloudy lemonade, and is made by adding fruit juices, flavors, or food dyes.

Clear lemonade, generally found in United Kingdom and Australia, is a clear, lemon-flavored carbonated drink.

Second, there are two types of lemons, regular lemons, and Meyer lemons. A Meyer lemon is a cross between a lemon and a mandarin orange and tends to be sweeter than a regular lemon. Regular lemons are available all year long while Meyer lemons are available December through May.
