The Ingredients

First of all, gather all the necessary ingredients for this recipe. Place close attention to the quantities and look for any Twist!

4 center cut pork chops 1 ½ inches thick
3 Tbsp kosher salt
2 Tbsp molasses
1 bottle Guinness Stout (T)
1 3/4 cups of water
2 Tbsp black peppercorns
6 garlic cloves

The Steps

Next, follow the steps to finalize your dish and finally be able to enjoy it!

In a large bowl, create a brine by mixing the salt, molasses, Guinness and water. Transfer the pork chops to a large resealable plastic bag and add brine mixture. Marinate in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours, turning at least once. Can marinate overnight.
Discard brine and pat pork chops dry with paper towels. Using a mini chopper, coarsely chop garlic and peppercorns. Rib this mixture into the pork chops.
