The Ingredients

First of all, gather all the necessary ingredients for this recipe. Place close attention to the quantities and look for any Twist!

½ cup Kraft ranch dressing (T)
¼ cup Hellmann’s light or regular mayonnaise
½ cup red onion, chopped
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (T)
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
½ tsp sea salt (or to taste)
2 Tbsp fresh parsley or cilantro chopped
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (Optional)
3 lbs red potatoes with skin, cooked and quartered

The Steps

Next, follow the steps to finalize your dish and finally be able to enjoy it!

With the skin intact, cut potatoes into 1-inch pieces. Boil potatoes in a medium saucepan (add salt) for 20 minutes or until cooked. Let potatoes cool for 20 minutes. Mix the first 7 ingredients in a large bowl. Add potatoes and bacon. Mix well.
For a large party, potatoes can be prepped by cooking a day ahead, cover and refrigerate, then mix the dressing when you are ready.
