The Ingredients

First of all, gather all the necessary ingredients for this recipe. Place close attention to the quantities and look for any Twist!

2 cups flour
2 Tbsp loose Earl Grey tea or 6 – 8 tea bags (open and discard tea bags)
½ tsp salt
¾ cup powdered sugar
2 sticks of unsalted butter at room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp almond extract
¼ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp cinnamon

The Steps

Next, follow the steps to finalize your dish and finally be able to enjoy it!

Using a food processor, pulse the first 3 ingredients until combined. Add the remaining ingredients then pulse together until dough crumbles form.
Press the dough crumbles into the middle of a large sheet of plastic wrap, close the plastic wrap while twisting the ends so that you can get the dough to form into a roll log. Chill in the fridge for 25 minutes before slicing into ¼ inch slices.
Bake on baking sheet with parchment paper at 375° for 12 minutes. Let cool.
