I have been asked about the design of our logo, so I thought I would talk about it here. I was extremely specific that our logo design has the colors of a peacock. I think Shelly’s Cuisine theme of “Twist It” is similar to a peacock with its tail closed and when it opens, its beauty is displayed, and a “Twist” is born.
