Prepare a simple syrup by adding the water and sugar in a medium saucepan, under medium low heat. Stir until sugar dissolves. Add salt and stir until dissolved. Remove from heat.
Add mixture to jug, stir in cold water and lime juice. Mix well and serve over ice. Garnish with limes and mint.
