The Ingredients

First of all, gather all the necessary ingredients for this recipe. Place close attention to the quantities and look for any Twist!

_____________________Make Bruschetta_____________________
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved or 5 plum tomatoes, diced
2 Tbsp Spanish onion, chopped fine
1 garlic clove, minced
6 basil leaves, chopped
1/2 tsp fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp sea salt and black pepper (or to taste)
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
_____________________Make Potato Salad_____________________
½ cup Kraft ranch dressing (T)
¼ cup Hellmann’s light or regular mayonnaise
½ cup red onion, chopped
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (T)
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
½ tsp sea salt (or to taste)
2 Tbsp fresh parsley or cilantro chopped
3 lbs red potatoes with skin, cooked and quartered
