The Ingredients

First of all, gather all the necessary ingredients for this recipe. Place close attention to the quantities and look for any Twist!

1 small pineapple
1 quart strawberries (quartered)
3 medium kiwi, peeled and chopped
1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
2 Tbsp red onion, chopped fine
1 Tbsp jalapeño, seeded and chopped fine
1 Tbsp freshly chopped cilantro
1 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional) (T)

The Steps

Peel, core and cut pineapple into 1-inch chunks.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
