6 slices bacon, cooked and drained
1 1/2 lb ground beef or turkey
1 1/2 tsp sea salt
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp dry jerk seasoning (optional)

1/2 medium onion, chopped fine
5 garlic cloves, chopped fine
