The Ingredients

First of all, gather all the necessary ingredients for this recipe. Place close attention to the quantities and look for any Twist!

1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 cup water
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp pimento seeds (T)

The Steps

Next, follow the steps to finalize your dish and finally be able to enjoy it!

Add sliced onion to pickled jar,
Combine all remaining ingredients in a medium jar and stir well until sugar is fully dissolved.
Pour pickled mixture over onions, Seal and marinate for 2 hours or overnight.
