Cut sweet potatoes into 3/4 inch cubes. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl then add mixture to sweet potatoes. Toss well.
Preheat airyfer to 350 degrees. Add spray oil to airfryer pan. Cook potatoes for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring half-way through. Plate and serve immediately.
