The Ingredients

First of all, gather all the necessary ingredients for this recipe. Place close attention to the quantities and look for any Twist!

2 lbs. red potatoes
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup celery, chopped small
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped fine
1/2 tsp black pepper
2/3 cup blue cheese, crumbled (T)

The Steps

Next, follow the steps to finalize your dish and finally be able to enjoy it!

Cut potatoes into 1 inch pieces. Leave skin intact. Boil potatoes in a large saucepan with salted water for 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Do not overcook. Drain and set aside.
Using a large bowl, mix all remaining ingredients together. Add potatoes and combine with mixture. Serve warm or at room temperature.
