The Ingredients

First of all, gather all the necessary ingredients for this recipe. Place close attention to the quantities and look for any Twist!

1 package romaine lettuce
1 can pickled beets (T)
1 Dole mandarin orange fruit bowl, drained (T)
½ cup cranberries
1 small red onion, sliced
¼ to ½ cup gorgonzola cheese
¼ cup roasted pecans

The Steps

Next, follow the steps to finalize your dish and finally be able to enjoy it!

Wash lettuce and cut into 1-inch sections. Place in a large bowl. Add beets, mandarin oranges, cranberries, onion and cheese.
Mix and add your favorite salad dressing. Add grilled chicken, shrimp, or salmon as desired. Top with pecans before serving. Reduce recipe by half for servings of 4.
